Camper Pick-up and Drop-off
Children are to be dropped off and picked-up in the area which will be clearly marked at each facility. In order to ensure maximum safety, sign in and sign out sheets will be provided at each location, and it is the responsibility of the parents to ensure campers are signed in and out each day.

Lunch Option (Day Camp)
Nutrition is fundamental to meeting the growth, development and activity needs of youth. We are committed to promoting healthy lunch and the benefits of being physically active.
Please remember that at camp children are generally more active than during school time, so more snacks are required. We do not provide snacks in the afternoon, so please make sure you have them packed as well.

Meal Plan (Overnight Camp)
Four meals will be provided to campers: breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner.

Camp Safety
The staff at iC Tech Camp follow strict guidelines when caring for your child. All staff complete a three-day training session each year prior to camp.

Sun-Safe Days
The iC Tech Camp provides sun-safe environment for campers. We stress sun-smart habits and ensure that campers wear their sun hats and shirts during the day. Parents should provide sun screen. Please remember to label all clothing!

Please ensure that all medication is given to the camp Supervisor upon arrival. All medication must be clearly labeled with the camper’s name, exact dosage and the time it is to be administered. The medication form must be signed by the parent.

For purposes of camper’s safety, all medication must be stored in original containers only and will be kept at the First Aid Station in the Office (not in backpacks or lunches). Campers requiring an EpiPen must have two available one to be kept at the nursing station and one to be carried by the child counselor. If we recognize symptoms of communicable disease during camp (e.g. pink eye) we ask parents to come immediately to pick up the child.

During the day all campers are not allowed to use cellphones without permission. Any serious violation of the program regulations (damage to camp property, disrespect to instructors or other behavior deemed detrimental to the group) will result in an immediate dismissal from the camp.

If a child is dismissed or voluntarily withdraws from the camp, there will be NO refunds.
