Step 1. Read all of the information about our summer day camp, including the Terms and Conditions of Enrollment.

• Call the office at 905-532-0229 and we'll fax you a package.
Step 2. Complete the forms. Please remember to complete all portions of the registration form including medical and photo consent information. Incomplete forms cannot be processed and could jeopardize the availability of your program selections.
Step 3. Mail or deliver the completed forms, the $50 deposit for each register week and the accompanying payment(s). Please make all cheques payable to Eligor Corp.

• Register early and save! Register and pay by May 15th, 2012 for a 10%
• 2nd siblings of the same immediate family get $20 off!
• Register for 4 weeks and more for a 10% discount if you sign up before June 1st, 2012
•Register for our Elementary School or Daycare and get 2 weeks of the Summer camp for free
•Register for our A+ After school program and get 1 week of the Summer camp for free
• When the completed forms and payment(s) are received in the office, they will be processed.
• If we are unable to register the camper(s), we will contact you.
• Registration confirmation will be sent via email or regular mail.
• A package containing details and information about the summer will be mailed in June including, Health Information and Consent Forms.
• We will have a CAMP OPEN HOUSE prior to the start of camp. Our group leaders, activity leaders, aquatic staff and senior staff will be available to meet the campers and their families, answer questions, and further heighten the excitement of our 2012 summer camp season.
A refund of the registration fee, less $50 administrative fee for every week, will be issued upon notification in writing of a withdrawal from a camp program and received by the camp office by June 13th, 2012. Withdrawal request after June 13th, 2012 may not be eligible to receive a refund.
• Any request after June 13th, 2012 must be accompanied by a Doctor’s note.
• Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Camp Director.
• Refunds will not be issued for camp days missed for any reason.
• Please allow four to six weeks for processing refunds.
• Program changes can be accommodated at any time, if space is available, by contacting the camp office.
* Programs may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment.
Any serious violation of the program regulations (damage to camp property, disrespect to instructors or other behavior deemed detrimental to the group) will result in an immediate dismissal from the camp.
If a child is dismissed or voluntarily withdraws from the camp, there will be NO refunds.
